Call for Papers on Special Issue of Single-cell and Spatially Resolved Omics

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis (JPA) is a peer-reviewed open access journal for original research articles, review articles, and short communications related to all aspects of pharmaceutical analysis. JPA is indexed in the most important international databases and its Impact Factor is 14.026 (ranking it 9 out of 279 in Pharmacology & Pharmacy).

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis is currently organizing the special issue titled “Single-cell and Spatially Resolved Omics” with Dr. Xiaohui Fan from College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Zhejiang University as the Guest Editor, and encouraging submissions on novel advances and insights in the field.

Single-cell and spatially resolved omics (epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, etc.) has made it possible to understand the cell composition, molecular architecture, and functional details of tissue from both cellular and spatial dimensions, and therefore is revolutionizing many areas of biology and medicine. This special issue aims to highlight recent advances in both the experimental and computational single-cell and spatially resolved omics, and facilitate to unravel hitherto unchartered areas of biology and medicine. Some areas of special interest include but not limited to:

● New technology for single-cell and spatially resolved omics

● Analysis of single-cell and spatially resolved omics data

● Development and integration of multi-modal omics

● Resource and atlas for single-cell and spatially resolved omics

● Case study with single-cell and spatially resolved omics

● New computational methods and algorithms

We welcome multiple manuscript formats, including original research articles and review paper. The submission is due on December 30, 2022. The estimated publication date of this special issue is set preliminarily in Volume 13, Issue 6, June 2023.
